This rare species forms dense mats of thick ornate leaves about 10 to 15 mm across. Growth is very compact so the plant will contain itself for many years. Great for baskets or on branches.

Flowers - Clusters of unusual 10 mm flowers are produced in amongst the leaves.
Position - Partial to heavy shade in a well protected position.
Temperature - Semi tropical, will need to be kept under cover or indoors over the winter months in very cold climates.
Water - Keep dryer in winter and moist in warmer months.
Fertilizer - Weak dose regularly in warmer months. is well advanced
Repotting - Only when plant in pot or mid Spring.
